Our vision was simple: to give our talented kitchen team the very best tools to craft delicious meals for our valued guests.

That meant investing in top-of-the-line, brand-new kitchen equipment from top to bottom. From state-of-the-art stoves and ovens to cutting-edge refrigeration, every detail was chosen to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency. Even the dishwasher is brand spanking new, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as the service on the floor.

To bring this kitchen to life, we needed the right leadership, and that’s where Zach Monk comes in. A young but highly experienced cook, Zach’s passion for the culinary arts started early—he cooked his first family turkey dinner at just 12 years old! His dedication and creativity have been instrumental in getting The Commons kitchen up and running. From polishing up the space to developing an exciting new menu, Zach has been working tirelessly to make sure every dish we serve is something special.
