From April 16–26, the city comes alive with creativity, packed dining rooms, and burgers you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite. It’s one of our favourite traditions—where great food meets a great cause, all in support of Feed Nova Scotia.
And this year?
We went all in.

This is a full-on, hands-on, lean-in-and-commit kind of experience.
The Big Dipper is built for flavour—and built for dipping:

- Rich, braised birria beef
- Melted mozzarella

- Chipotle lime crema
And the real kicker?
A side of savory birria consommé for the perfect dip.
Yes—you dip the burger. And yes—it’s as good as it sounds.
Why Burger Week Matters
This isn’t just about pushing the limits in the kitchen (though we love that part).
For every Big Dipper sold, $2 goes directly to Feed Nova Scotia.
